About the Internship
Dr. Ferhat Ay is looking for interns to join his lab. Seeking interns with computational skills such as coding, scripting, algorithms or machine learning to develop methods for analysis of next generation sequencing data. The developed methods will be used in multiple collaborations within La Jolla Institute (LJI) and other labs across the country, and the intern will be included in publications resulting from these projects. This is a great training opportunity that will provide hands on experience in analyzing next generation sequencing data from multiple disease conditions in a top-tier UCSD affiliated research institute.
