Postdoctoral Positions- Immune Regulation and Inflammation
Positions in Dr. Yun-Cai Liu Lab are available to study the immune regulation by protein ubiquitination (Nat. Immunol. 19:766, 2018;Immunity, 48:258, 2018; Nat Immunol. 17:286, 2016; Immunity, 42:1062, 2015). We are using mouse models and molecular approaches to study the deficiency of E3 ubiquitin ligases in the development, differentiation, and activation of leukocytes, and their role in autoimmune and inflammatory diseases using mouse models of allergic airway inflammation, pathogen infection, and tumor metastasis. Prior experience in handling of mouse models, and in molecular and cell immunology techniques, plus a strong background in immunology are desired.
