YOU MAY BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IF:

• You are a generally healthy male or female, over 18 yrs of age.
• You have been diagnosed by a health professional with COVID-19 and/or have had a positive test for COVID-19.
• You have recovered from COVID-19 and have been symptom-free for at least 4 weeks.

PARTICIPATION:

• Consists of a brief health questionnaire and 1-2 study visits and will include 1-2 blood draws.
• Volunteers will be contributing to scientific research.
• Compensation up to $125 for time and effort.
